When can I expect to receive my order?

Once you've placed your order, please wait 24 hours for us to process and prepare your order. From that time, you can expect your package to come within 10-15 business days.

Do I pay for shipping?
We offer free standard shipping through multiple carriers. Please stay tuned for the future as we do plan on offering express shipping options! A signature is required for shipping drop-offs, to be able to override this feature please contact the carrier once you have been assigned one!

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, right now, we do not ship internationally! We are working on a process for International Shipping, but thank you for your interest in Alfa Furnishing, and please stay tuned!

Do you offer a white-glove (in-home setup) service?
Unfortunately, right now, we do not offer white-glove service. Please stay tuned as we do plan on providing white-glove service in the future.
